» 6 River View Rooms – Rs 4500 /-(Twin sharing, room only basis. GST extra) :
These rooms located on the First Floor are well lighted, spacious, airy and equipped with plush wooden furniture with king size bed and modern amenities like Split A/c, Intercom, Cable TV, mini fridge, well designed bathrooms with imported glass fittings. The balcony offers an elevated and an enhanced view of the river.
» 3 Panoramic View Room – Rs 5500 /- (Twin sharing, room only basis. GST extra) :
These rooms located on the Second Floor are exclusively appointed rooms with full length tinted glass front to afford an undisturbed view of the river Karli and her back waters. It also adds to the comfort by shielding harsh daylight. They enjoy more space than the other rooms; the Italian flooring providing a rich wooden look, modern beds and room furniture of solid wood, elegant electrical fittings, 2 ton Split A/c, 32" LCD TV mounted on an adjustable mount to adjust to individual viewing angle, Fridge, most modern bathroom and sanitary fittings, ready mix tea & coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water & 2 bottles of soft drinks as compliments on arrival.

» No show - 100% retention
